Brisksoft is a trade name of EI Alberto Celson, an individual business (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN 108 258 112, with its address at 45 Avenue Marius Mathon, 69220 Belleville-en-Beaujolais, France ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the website brisksoft.online and to every tool and plan offered on it (the "Service"). By using the Service or buying a plan you accept these terms.

The Service

The Service is a set of online tools that run in your web browser. Files you open in a tool are processed on your device; we do not receive or store them unless a tool clearly says otherwise.

Plans and payment

Each tool has its own plan, paid monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the Pricing page before purchase; VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made after that.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that supply starts right away. Regardless of this, we offer a 20-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund policy.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service for as long as your plan is active, in line with these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only with content you own or are allowed to use, and not to use it to infringe the rights of others. You must not resell the Service, copy or reverse engineer it, or try to disrupt its operation.

Intellectual property

The website, the tools and their content belong to EI Alberto Celson and are protected by intellectual property law. Content you process with the tools remains yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or improve the tools. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at info@brisksoft.online. EU consumers may also use the mediation services available to them and keep the right to bring a claim before the courts of their country of residence.
