Privacy policy

Brisksoft is a trade name of EI Alberto Celson, an individual business (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN 108 258 112, with its address at 45 Avenue Marius Mathon, 69220 Belleville-en-Beaujolais, France. We are the controller of personal data collected through brisksoft.online (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Files you use in the tools

The tools process videos, audio, text and other files in your browser. These files are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them.

What we collect

• Purchase data: your email address, the plan you bought, and billing country. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure form and are not stored by us.
• Messages: what you send us by email, so we can answer.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time), kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Local storage: small settings such as your preferred billing period, saved in your own browser.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To provide the plan you bought and manage your subscription (performance of a contract).
• To answer your questions and handle refunds (performance of a contract, legitimate interest).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service: Stripe for payments and our hosting provider for the website. They process data on our instructions or as independent controllers for payment processing. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as French accounting law requires (currently 10 years). Support emails are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Cookies

The Service does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page that are necessary to process payments and prevent fraud.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, write to info@brisksoft.online. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
